About the role
- Mechanical/Reliability Engineer responsible for mechanical installations in Bergen op Zoom. Analyzing maintenance strategies and leading projects to enhance reliability.
Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren van de mechanische (Static/Rotating) installaties van de Specialties business in Bergen op Zoom.
- Zorgt ervoor dat de installaties voor en na werkzaamheden veilig zijn om te gebruiken.
- Analyseren en evalueren van de onderhoudsstrategie en beschikbaarheid van equipment in relatie met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Mede ontwikkelen, implementeren, beheren, optimaliseren en controleren van Mechanical service contracten met contractors in de onderhoudssfeer.
- Leiden van reliability studies zoals Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM2), Root Cause Analyse (RCA), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Presenteren van resultaten aan management en operations teams.
- Initiëren en realiseren van multidisciplinaire Reliability verbeterprojecten.
- Input leveren op de investeringen strategie Mechanisch.
- Adviseren en definiëren van equipment eisen en standaards voor engineering.
- Waarborgen van maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) bij wijzigingen.
- Ontwikkelen, borgen en optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen, onderhoudstechnologieën en trainingen.
- Ondersteunen van operations/maintenance bij calamiteiten en dagelijkse zaken.
Requirements
- Technische HBO+ werk- en denkniveau, technische expertise Mechanisch (Statisch/Rotating)
- Dynamisch en enthousiast persoon met een minimum van 5 jaar ervaring in de procesindustrie.
- Bekend zijn met en kunnen toepassen van RCM2, RCA en FMEA methodieken is een pré.
- Analytische vaardigheden om acties uit data te kunnen genereren
- Projectmatig in een team kunnen participeren en kunnen leiden.
- Flexibel en in staat meerdere zaken tegelijkertijd te managen vanuit een matrix functie.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- In staat op alle niveaus te communiceren.
- Procesgerichte en proactieve denker en doener.
- Ervaring met maintenance processen is een pré.
- Beheersen van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
