Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient infrastructure on AWS
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Implement incident management processes, including on-call rotations and post-incident reviews
- Optimize system performance, cost, and resource utilization in AWS environments
- Ensure system security and compliance with best practices and organizational standards
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and scalability
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with infra and app AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM)
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep)
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (ECS)
- Understanding of networking concepts, security, and high availability architectures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, prioritization and collaboration abilities
- Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
- Native communication skills in Swedish and fluent in English
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of distributed systems and fault-tolerant design
- Experience with cost optimization strategies in AWS
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
