- Monitoring of System Calls / Error Messages via Dynatrace / Speak Monitoring
- Configuration of the system in the Openshift cloud environment
- Deployment of new releases and patches
- Automation of test executions using tools
- Evaluation of error response and derivation of improvement measures
- Installation and maintenance of software and hardware for test environments
- Execution of security tests
- Debugging and log analysis to identify and resolve issues
- Assist the support team with defect analysis and classification
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve document templates and style sheets (e.g., using Doxee Template/Business Designer)
- Prepare, transform, and validate structured data (XML/JSON) and perform data manipulation
- Implement and adapt XSLT/XSL-FO and HTML-based output formats
- Develop scripts and automation for recurring tasks in the document and data workflow
- Collaborate with stakeholders, support requirements engineering, and contribute to project management (e.g., Confluence/Jira)
- Create professional documents and support the team in day-to-day business (MS Office).
Requirements
- +2 years of relevant working experience
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (conditions, loops, variables, and functions)
- Experience with CI/CD, Pipelines
- Ability to work with scripts and perform general programming tasks
- Experience with XML files and data manipulation
- Experience and/or training in XSLT/XSL-FO, HTML, XML, JSON
- Document formatting and experience with creating professional-looking documents (including with tools like Doxee Template/Business Designer)
- Accuracy and strong communication skills
- Willing to work in multinational teams
- Good English skills, German is a plus
