About the role
- Financial Analyst ensuring efficiency of financial and administrative processes in the Cascavel office. Responsibilities include managing finances, supplier relationships, and team support.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the organization, flow and efficiency of financial, administrative and team support processes;
- Ensure the office operates with excellence;
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions;
- Execute and organize the accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows;
- Handle billing and support the closing of financial results (income statement / DRE);
- Manage employee benefits purchases and support payroll;
- Control office inventory, supplies and maintenance requests;
- Obtain quotations, negotiate and contract services;
- Manage service providers and ensure proper execution;
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office;
- Experience with financial routines (cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, income statement);
- Experience with administrative routines and office maintenance;
- Issuing invoices;
- Experience with Banco Inter or other digital banks;
- Experience with quotations and estimates;
- Knowledge of billing and bank reconciliation.
