Responsibilities
Coach and develop delegate sales teams in the selling process for both paid and unpaid events
Create strategies and outreach plans for teams to increase delegate participation rates
Build and expand relationships with current delegates and speakers
Help develop and execute marketing efforts to generate additional leads
Work closely with the VP of Events to ensure delegate teams are tracking toward event goals
Collaborate with internal teams to produce event collateral, materials, and follow-up communications
Travel nationally throughout the year to support events and team development
Requirements
An experienced sales leader with a minimum of 2 years managing sales teams
Skilled at coaching and developing teams in the selling process for both paid and unpaid events
Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency
Proactive with the ability to lead under pressure and meet demanding timelines
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and applications
Motivated by building strong relationships and expanding networks
