Responsibilities
Leading redesign and optimisation of credit risk processes.
Driving SAP Credit Management enhancements and workflow improvements.
Managing portfolio re ‑ segmentation and applying updated risk criteria.
Leading data standardisation and clean ‑ up across the AR portfolio.
Developing future ‑ state process documentation and workflow design.
Reporting progress, risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong experience in Credit Risk, Credit Operations or Accounts Receivable.
Demonstratable understanding of Order to Cash processes, credit policies and process design.
Analytical skills, able to translate data into insights.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel/ Analytics tools (experience with automation tools is a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions.
Fluent written and verbal English with a strategic mindset, focussed on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
