About the role

• Senior Credit Risk Analyst leading transformation initiatives within Credit Risk Management. Shaping future state processes and driving system enhancements in a stable international company.

Responsibilities

• Leading redesign and optimisation of credit risk processes.
• Driving SAP Credit Management enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Managing portfolio re ‑ segmentation and applying updated risk criteria.
• Leading data standardisation and clean ‑ up across the AR portfolio.
• Developing future ‑ state process documentation and workflow design.
• Reporting progress, risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Credit Risk, Credit Operations or Accounts Receivable.
• Demonstratable understanding of Order to Cash processes, credit policies and process design.
• Analytical skills, able to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel/ Analytics tools (experience with automation tools is a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions.
• Fluent written and verbal English with a strategic mindset, focussed on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
