Responsibilities
Independent responsibility for margin and revenue development of a territory within Germany, in partnership with the field sales team
Conceiving and executing sales campaigns tailored to target groups and/or innovative products
Understanding individual customer needs through targeted analysis and active conversations to develop optimized solution proposals and create sustainable added value
Proactive customer qualification across diverse and changing customer portfolios, acquisition within existing accounts, and building a sales pipeline
Proactive and strategic management of the customer portfolio aimed at expanding existing customer relationships and achieving targeted increases in purchase volume
Preparation and follow-up of quotes; commercial development of project inquiries
Negotiation of terms and contracts by phone
Actively increasing the e-commerce share through targeted measures and follow-up, involving the field sales team
Commercial preparation of tender documents
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of sales experience preferred
Fluent German and good English skills
Sales-, service- and customer-oriented mindset and approach
Experience in contract negotiation combined with strong closing skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Confident use of MS Office is required; SAP knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
