About the role
- Intern supporting HR operations and employee experience at a company focused on employee wellbeing and development. Engaging in various HR tasks and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support in monitoring the electronic time clock and making adjustments when necessary
- Organization and management of medical certificates and leaves of absence
- Support in payroll closing processes
- Support in benefits administration (enrollments, tracking, and employee inquiries)
- Support to the Recruitment & Selection team (resume screening, scheduling, and assisting in selection processes)
- Participation in organizing and executing internal events and employee engagement activities
- General support for the Employee Experience team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, or a related field
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Good communication skills and ease in dealing with people
- Willingness to learn and develop in the HR area
- Proactive and collaborative
