About the role
- Accounting Automation Specialist overseeing SSC automation processes for Rohlik Group. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the monitoring of system technical performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the daily supervision of automated processes, ensuring optimal performance and timely resolution of issues.
- Provide input on automation process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with OTC, P2P, and Accounting teams to enhance the effectiveness of financial closings.
- Ensure all process-related documentation is up to date and accurately reflects current practices.
- Implement improvements in P2P, OTC, and other processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide factual reports and data to the Head of SSC, Head of Group Financial Reporting and Group CFO.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SSC processes and its automation.
- Technical background.
- Experience in technical supervision or automation projects.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Czech.
