Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

- Typically requires 8+ years experience in relevant software product development; including 6+ years in technical and people leadership, including managing managers.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- A tinkerer, innovator, willing to push boundaries and challenge status quos, someone who brings and inspires can-do attitude.
- Proven experience in DevOps, Security, Developer Experience, and AI/ML integration.
- Track record of building scalable, secure systems and leading innovation initiatives.
- Experience with Agile/Scaled Agile Framework and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, real-time systems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Global team leadership experience.
