About the role

Responsibilities
- Guiding and coaching multiple Scrum Teams of a Agile Release Train (ART) in adopting and following SAFe guidelines and practices.

- Leading Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborating with product owners and development teams to ensure clear understanding of goals and deliverables.
- Removing impediments to the team's productivity by shielding them from outside influences.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with the Product Owner and development team.
- Risk management and progress reporting including tracking metrics and generating reports.
Requirements
- Master's/ Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Experience in the Cybersecurity in IAM Domain.
- In documentation and project planning.
- Jira experience
- Certified Scrum Master.
