About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the Regional Adoption Network and digital adoption initiatives
- Define and execute the adoption strategy
- Coordinate adoption programs, campaigns, and enablement activities
- Continuously improve adoption outcomes based on insights and feedback
- Manage and align stakeholder expectations across sites and functions
- Ensure financial accountability including managing the team’s budget and vendor contracts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management
- 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, preferably with a specialization in Business or Information Technology
- Demonstrated experience executing large-scale digital adoption and change management strategies for global IT transformations
- Lean and agile mindset (VACC) with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity in an enterprise environment
- Understanding of software development methodologies and digital learning platforms, including AI-assisted delivery tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead geographically dispersed networks
