About the role

  • Team Lead managing Employee Adoption and digital tools for Roche’s workforce. Focusing on driving engagement and efficiency through strategic initiatives across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Regional Adoption Network and digital adoption initiatives
  • Define and execute the adoption strategy
  • Coordinate adoption programs, campaigns, and enablement activities
  • Continuously improve adoption outcomes based on insights and feedback
  • Manage and align stakeholder expectations across sites and functions
  • Ensure financial accountability including managing the team’s budget and vendor contracts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management
  • 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree, preferably with a specialization in Business or Information Technology
  • Demonstrated experience executing large-scale digital adoption and change management strategies for global IT transformations
  • Lean and agile mindset (VACC) with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity in an enterprise environment
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and digital learning platforms, including AI-assisted delivery tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead geographically dispersed networks
