Responsibilities
You are responsible for the measurable product success of Robin Cook and ensure that product decisions lead to clear outcomes and improved KPIs across the customer journey
You translate strategic goals (OKRs) into clear priorities and initiatives, ensuring focus, sensible scope shaping, and consistent execution
You build and own the product development system, including clear rules for prioritization, decision-making, and the start/stop of initiatives
You ensure stable, calm, and predictable execution, with clearly defined goals, responsibilities, and measurable results
You lead and develop the product team and adjacent areas of responsibility, establish clear quality standards, and strengthen ownership and decision-making within the team
You work closely with the CEO, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams and ensure clear responsibilities across the entire customer journey
Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior product or operations role with a tech focus
You have either founded a company yourself or been part of a startup from the early stages
You have led interdisciplinary teams (data, development, design) and bridged technology, product, and delivery
Proven ownership for outcomes, KPIs, and delivery
Strong decisiveness, even when information is incomplete
You hold yourself to high standards for impact, clarity, and sound decision-making
