About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain above average performance metrics
  • Provide business generation leadership to direct reports
  • Participate in recruitment of new hires
  • Communicate effectively within the organization
  • Drive revenue generating activities and practice group performance
  • Manage time, plan and multi-task effectively
  • Conduct effective meetings and facilitate internal staff resolutions
  • Lead customer retention and expansion strategy

Requirements

  • 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required
  • Proven performance in talent manager/director role
  • Demonstrated success in business generation
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
