Responsibilities
Manage the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building’s completion.
Focus on a variety of sectors including residential (private and public sector), education (universities) and infrastructure (rail).
Join established team in Bristol and contribute to continued growth in the West & Wales region.
Work on the most ambitious and exciting projects in the built environment sector.
Participate in tailored training programme, mentoring and reverse mentoring schemes.
Requirements
Proven technical delivery experience on similar projects.
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager role in a consultancy environment.
Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.
Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline (RICS Accredited).
