About the role

  • Onboarding Associate Manager leading and optimizing driver onboarding processes in a start-up environment. Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance and seamless onboarding experience for all new drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of field onboarding agents.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and optimize the field onboarding process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new drivers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding, such as time to activation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract qualified driver candidates.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Screen and interview potential drivers to assess their suitability.
  • Oversee the verification of driver documents, including licenses, permits, and medical certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to equip new drivers with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that drivers understand the platform's features and guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures.
  • Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
