Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of field onboarding agents.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Develop and optimize the field onboarding process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new drivers.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding, such as time to activation and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract qualified driver candidates.
Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
Screen and interview potential drivers to assess their suitability.
Oversee the verification of driver documents, including licenses, permits, and medical certificates.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Develop and conduct training programs to equip new drivers with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Ensure that drivers understand the platform's features and guidelines.
Adhere to company policy and procedures.
Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a related field.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
