Account Executive supporting PR, SEO, and Social client projects at Rise at Seven. Building client relationships and driving award-winning strategies in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure efficient and careful management of both new and existing client accounts.
Work closely with the Account Directors and Client Services Director where needed to ensure smooth running of accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on a day-to-day level.
Ensure clients know what Rise at Seven is doing for them week by week with clear action logs and task deadlines.
Input and support Account Managers or Directors on client meetings across accounts.
Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams on client accounts.
Showcase work to clients helping them to see the bigger picture.
Spot opportunities to improve delivery for clients and suggest proactive ideas.
Requirements
Ideally 1 year’s agency experience or recent graduate with relevant subject and work experience in or around agencies.
Know how to build and maintain strong internal team relationships across manager level.
An eye for detail and ensure our client reports are compelling.
Love all things digital, enthusiasm for multiple areas of digital marketing and an interest in SEO and Content (including social media, digital PR, technical SEO, data and insight).
Ability to work in an exciting and fast paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen, understanding priorities and organising them accordingly.
