Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the team, focusing on organizing daily routines and advancing the team's technical capabilities;
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Corporate Cards, Cash Flow and Reconciliations;
- Process Optimization: analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement faster, more secure processes;
- Leadership Support: act as a right hand to management, facilitating the flow of requests and assisting with reports and strategic analyses;
- Quality and Compliance: ensure financial validations follow the board's guidelines and Midway's standards;
- KPI Monitoring: track area KPIs using tools such as SAP HANA and Excel, ensuring timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Technical Experience: solid background in Treasury/Finance, with strong experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow routines;
- People Management: experience leading teams directly, with a focus on team climate and productivity;
- Systems and Tools: Advanced Excel (essential for validation and analysis routines);
- SAP (preferably SAP HANA) is a relevant advantage;
- Knowledge of Power BI (desirable for reading and analyzing indicators).
