About the role

  • Financial Analyst at COPASS Saúde ensuring excellence in client financial interactions and support. Involves supervision, analysis, and reporting in financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise assistants in accounts receivable financial processes
  • Reconcile returns and receipts, prepare remittance files, and issue bank statements
  • Handle billing, collections, delinquency control, and provision for doubtful debts (PDD)
  • Conduct delinquency analysis and assess collection strategy and processes
  • Propose action strategies aimed at negotiating and recovering receivables
  • Analyze cases involving write-offs as losses, reporting to credit bureaus, or referral to legal collection
  • Support assistants in completing various financial closings and preparing reports
  • Assist in consolidating the team's results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Controllership and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
  • Experience in debt negotiation, managing credit reporting of delinquent accounts, issuing boletos (bank payment slips), and bank reconciliation
  • Preferred intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel)
