Responsibilities
Actively build a high-performing partner network (system integrators, IT service providers, agencies, consulting firms) in the DACH region
Identify, approach and recruit new partners with a clear focus on revenue potential
Guide partners through the entire sales process — from the initial pitch to closing
Conduct pre-sales demos and presentations of our Reybex ERP solution (including AI features)
Enable partner teams so they can independently qualify leads, present and close deals
Develop and deliver partner trainings, sales playbooks and onboarding processes
Support and accompany initial deals (co-selling) until the partner is fully autonomous
Develop joint go-to-market and sales strategies with partners
Measure and manage partner performance (e.g., pipeline, deals, conversion rates)
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
Proven track record in building partnerships and generating revenue through partners
Strong understanding of sales processes (Lead → Demo → Closing)
Experience in pre-sales
Good knowledge of business processes (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics, e-commerce)
Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and strong results orientation
Strong communication skills and a confident presence at all levels
