Responsibilities
Lead and evolve rEvolution’s media vision, capabilities, and workflows.
Build, mentor, and resource a high-performing media team.
Partner with senior leadership and Business Development on pitches, new business, and agency growth initiatives.
Drive omnichannel media strategy across search, social, display, programmatic, CTV, video, DOOH, and emerging platforms.
Stay hands-on with planning and activation for a portfolio of clients, reviewing strategies, pressure-testing plans, guiding optimizations, and stepping in directly on complex accounts when needed.
Oversee partner evaluation, negotiations, and tactical decision-making to ensure excellence and efficiency.
Apply advanced analytics, testing, and measurement frameworks to optimize campaigns.
Translate data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Lead senior-level client conversations, Weekly statues, QBRs, and high-level strategic presentations.
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through key media decisions and opportunities.
Maintain oversight of budgets, scopes, staffing, financial health, and vendor relationships.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that support client and agency growth.
Requirements
12+ years of experience guiding, planning and leading media strategy; ideally in an agency setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
6+ years of management experience
Deep knowledge of digital media channels, including but not limited to social, search, display, programmatic, CTV, Video and other emerging channels.
A strong understanding of analytics to inform and validate planning and strategy.
History of identifying media opportunities, presenting them to clients, and executing.
Experience monitoring and recommending improvements to the entire media planning process.
