Responsibilities
- Gérer les paiements électroniques des fournisseurs bi-hebdomadaires
- Préparer les payements par chèque
- Répondre aux demandes internes et externes, effectuer le rapprochement des relevés et résoudre les soldes impayés des comptes fournisseurs
- Vérifier et examiner les rapports de dépenses de la carte Visa de l’entreprise, et réaliser un rapprochement mensuel
- Assurer la mise à jour des dossiers fournisseurs et des informations bancaires
- Proposer des améliorations aux processus pour accroître l’efficacité et réduire les erreurs
- Participer à la mise en place de divers projets d’automatisation visant à optimiser l’efficacité du poste
Requirements
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience aux comptes payables
- DEC en comptabilité
- Bilingue français-anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, pour soutenir nos activités et clients à travers le Canada
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel
- Expérience dans le traitement des paiements par transfert électronique de fonds (EFT)
- Connaissance de Microsoft GP, un atout
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et souci du détail
- Organisé(e), flexible, et à l’aise dans un environnement en pleine évolution et croissance
- Autonome, proactif(ve) et doté(e) d’un esprit d’initiative
