Responsibilities
- Lead the design, connectivity, and integration of machines, systems, and digital platforms across our global network
- Own the roadmap for machine-to-enterprise data flow
- Champion global standardization by standardizing processes, systems, data models, and integration patterns
- Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics
- Drive end-to-end delivery and optimization of MES, SCADA, ERP integrations, and industrial automation
- Connect machines and equipment across multiple factories using unified standards
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Smart Factory technologies, IoT systems, and OT/IT integration
- Strong understanding of PLCs and automation hardware in the market today
- Ability to program, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate both software and hardware
- Experience building and supporting solutions in Ignition (critical)
- Strong understanding of machine connectivity and industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
- Experience integrating MES/SCADA with ERP and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with data pipelines, historians, and cloud connectivity
- Experience delivering solutions across multi-site or global environments
