- Systemadministrator:in handling administration and support for Windows systems in a hybrid role. Engaging in client management and promoting IT growth within the team.
Responsibilities
- Administration, Konfiguration und Pflege unserer Windowsumgebungen (Clients und einzelne Serversysteme)
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer Windows Active Directory Infrastruktur sowie Implementierung einer zentralen Softwareverwaltung
- Einrichtung und Betreuung von mobilen Endgeräten und Aufbau eines Mobile Device Managements
- Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden in allen IT-Belangen
- Nach ausführlicher Einarbeitung: Mitarbeit im operativen Betrieb, dem Bereitschaftsdienst und im Rechenzentrum
Requirements
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Systemen
- Du kennst dich mit Windows Clients und Servern aus, kannst eine Active Directory sauber aufbauen und betreiben und weißt, wie man Gruppenrichtlinien sinnvoll einsetzt.
- Gutes technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur
- Du hast ein solides Verständnis für Netzwerke, Firewalls, Benutzerverwaltung und grundsätzliche Kenntnisse von Linux.
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Zuverlässigkeit beim Support
- Du gehst Problemen pragmatisch auf den Grund und findest Lösungen, die langfristig funktionieren.
- Erfahrung mit Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits mit Tools aus diesem Bereich gearbeitet und weißt, worauf es ankommt.
- Praktische Erfahrung im Rechenzentrum (wünschenswert)
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfreude
