About the role
- Team Lead overseeing a team of production workers at REDSUN. Ensuring production efficiency and quality while providing leadership in a family-run company.
Responsibilities
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von ca. 20 Produktionsmitarbeitern
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und Einhaltung der Produktionspläne
- Überwachung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen im Hinblick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Sicherheit
- Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an technischen Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technikteam
- Dokumentation und Auswertung von Produktionskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Förderung eines sicheren und motivierenden Arbeitsumfelds
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise mit ersten Führungserfahrungen
- Gute technische Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Anlagentechnik
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – Niederländischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
