Requirements
- Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog (epics, user stories), based on client needs and business value in partnership with a Senior Product Manager.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure a clear definition of requirements – answering questions, clarifying requirements, and removing roadblocks.
- Run sprint ceremonies; sprint planning, review, retrospective, and accept/reject completed work.
- Set expectations and plan product releases to ensure continuous delivery of valuable features. This includes enabling other departments (Support, Implementations and Sales Engineering) to use new releases.
- Gather user feedback through tools like Pendo and client interviews to inform enhancements Validate feature adoption meets intended value.
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge repositories to support self-service.
- Help track KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions.
- Assist Senior Product Manager in compiling, maintaining, and communicating the product vision and roadmap for the next 12–18 months.
