About the role
- Product Manager at papernest leading product development for customer operations with a focus on automation and AI. Collaborating with designers to enhance user experience and performance.
Responsibilities
- lead the development of internal products powering the core of papernest’s platform.
- own the product roadmap design and management for the Customer Operations team.
- transform the operational foundation into a highly automated, AI-augmented platform.
- work closely with product designers.
- identify improvement opportunities leveraging Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality releases.
- monitor product performance and optimize operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in large-scale B2B environments, fintech, or contexts where operations are the product.
- Master’s degree in engineering or business school with a “Product Engineer” mindset.
- able to actively participate in system design discussions, understand APIs, database architecture, and deploying AI/ML models into production.
- builder mentality; ideally, you have launched or scaled a product from zero to significant revenue or volume.
- French required, fluent English; a third European language (Spanish/Italian) is a major strategic asset.
