About the role

Responsibilities
- Robust Infrastructure: Administer and maintain hybrid environments (on-premises and AWS/Azure cloud), ensuring high availability of Windows and Linux servers.
- Offensive and Defensive Security: Perform hardening of servers and network assets, closing security gaps before they become incidents.
- Intelligent Monitoring: Evolve our monitoring toward an observability model, identifying performance and security anomalies in real time.
- Access and Identity Management: Control who accesses what, enforcing least-privilege principles and compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- Improvement Projects: Support the migration of legacy services to modern, secure architectures, automating manual routines.
- Backup management and maintenance.
- Ensure proper custody, conservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of your equipment and materials, as well as the workplace, reporting any irregularities to your immediate supervisor to guarantee the normal flow of area activities.
Requirements
- Solid Foundation: Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or Information Security.
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in network and server administration.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
- Practical knowledge of Cloud Security (AWS).
- Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery tools.
- Scripting basics (PowerShell/Python) for automation.
- Practical understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, LPIC, AWS Associate.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Git) applied to infrastructure.
- Ownership mindset and clear communication to translate technical risks to the business.
