Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Analyst for the Smart squad, supporting the Product Manager in evolving the product.
- Analyze data and metrics to support prioritization and hypotheses.
- Translate data and customer needs into product opportunities.
- Monitor metrics and OKRs, proposing continuous improvements.
- Support discovery, delivery, product launches, and iterative work with customers.
- Produce impact analyses and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Design, and partner teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience with data analysis and product metrics.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate needs into product evolution opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with product launches.
- Experience working in agile squads (familiarity with ceremonies).
- Knowledge of payments, merchant acquiring, POS, and retail.
- Experience working with OKRs, metrics, and performance measurement.
- Ability to influence without direct reports (genuine seniority).
