About the role
- Performance Analyst role focusing on campaign data analysis and optimization strategies at pilot. Engaging with clients to provide actionable insights and manage projects.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the continuous preparation and interpretation of campaign data and performance metrics for our clients.
- You have experience in CpX analysis across both online and offline media and use these insights to drive targeted campaign optimization.
- You are confident in budget attribution across placements and channels and design hypothesis-driven optimization tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
- You analyze all data, define a robust and sustainable data structure, and translate it into a future-proof data model.
- You perform correlation analyses and derive early-warning KPIs for ongoing campaigns.
- You play a key role in building attribution analytics, including modeling and ad-pressure analytics, and work closely with our data team.
- You take on project management for your area of responsibility and coordinate closely with colleagues.
- You have direct client contact and take on an advisory role when discussing recommended actions.
Requirements
- You already have initial professional experience in performance analytics, ideally from an agency.
- You bring solid knowledge of media and performance marketing KPIs.
- Your analytical skills are highly developed, and you can independently organize and interpret datasets from various sources, primarily in Excel.
- Ideally you have basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python to formulate technical requirements precisely for the technical team.
- You have a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You are strong in communication and confident in direct client interactions.
- You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and curiosity about new analytical methods and tools.
- You are highly independent, proactive, and work in a structured manner.
- You have very good German language skills.
