About the role

Responsibilities
- Sicherstellen der individuellen Versorgung der Bewohner:innen
- Begleitung der beatmeten Bewohner:innen im Alltag, bei Festen/Feiern und Ausflügen
- Verfolgen der Vitalparameter der Bewohner:innen mithilfe intensiver Krankenbeobachtung
- Organisieren der pflegerischen Maßnahmen und fachgerechte Durchführung unter Beachtung des Gesundheitszustands
- Anleiten der Bewohner:innen und Einbeziehen ihrer Angehörigen in den Prozess
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) im Bereich Alten-, Kinder- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
- Qualifikationen in der Intensivpflege (großartig, aber kein Muss)
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit für herausfordernde Tätigkeiten
- Positive Einstellung gegenüber Angehörigen
- Freude an der Arbeit mit und für unsere Bewohner:innen sowie Respekt gegenüber Kolleg:innen
