About the role
- Junior Analyst leading continuous improvement projects for operational efficiency at Reckitt. Focused on improving productivity and reducing waste in manufacturing processes in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, improving operational efficiency, reducing losses, and updating technology
- Conduct analysis meetings with Operations teams and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
- Develop and execute plans to reduce setup times, format changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization
- Facilitate workshops and trainings on continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, among others, at basic/intermediate level)
- Perform time and motion studies to optimize resources and balance production lines
- Prepare management reports and presentations with the factory's key KPIs
- Participate in automation and digitization projects for production processes
- Monitor and report business performance indicators (OEE, Waste, among others)
- Continuously ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain ongoing interaction and collaboration with Purchasing, Finance, Innovation, Production, Engineering, and other areas
- When necessary, conduct feasibility analyses for new manufacturing projects and investments (CAPEX/OPEX)
- Support internal and external audits in the manufacturing area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
- Intermediate/advanced English; Spanish is desirable
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Advanced level
- Knowledge of business performance indicators
- Project and risk management
- Continuous improvement methodologies and tools (TPM, WCM, Lean, SMED, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.)
