Responsibilities
Independent handling of your own cases – not an assistant role
Telephone and written communication with debtors, clients and partners
Assessment of case facts and decision-making on further action within your area of authority
Coordination and liaison with external law firms
Participation in the development and optimization of processes
Requirements
Qualification as a legal assistant/paralegal or comparable qualification
Experience in claims management, debt collection or enforcement proceedings
Structured and independent way of working
Clear, solution-oriented communication
