About the role

  • Claims Management Officer responsible for independent processing of cases with structured workflows. Engaging in decision-making and communication with stakeholders in a reliable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independent handling of your own cases – not an assistant role
  • Telephone and written communication with debtors, clients and partners
  • Assessment of case facts and decision-making on further action within your area of authority
  • Coordination and liaison with external law firms
  • Participation in the development and optimization of processes

Requirements

  • Qualification as a legal assistant/paralegal or comparable qualification
  • Experience in claims management, debt collection or enforcement proceedings
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Clear, solution-oriented communication
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
