Responsibilities
Own the ongoing success of a marquee $3MM+ analytics business in top 10 global pharma
Develop and execute commercial plans
Maintain and grow existing revenue streams through proactive planning
Guide multi-brand portfolios encompassing digital analytics, social listening, measurement, and RWD
Serve as a senior advisor to Director–C-Suite clients
Design digital analytics and measurement approaches
Oversee annual planning, KPIs, governance, and reporting structures across all analytics workstreams
Ensure insights inform strategy across brand and disease initiatives
Requirements
12-15+ years in social media analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or related research fields in healthcare
Deep expertise with social listening and earned media analysis tools
Strong understanding of digital behaviors and motivations of patients, caregivers, and HCPs
Track record of leading high revenue accounts and complex portfolios in healthcare
Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills
Demonstrated experience developing and scaling high-performing teams
Strong operational and financial management capabilities
Comfort using AI tools to enhance insight development and efficiency
