About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct feasibility studies for new production processes and manufacturing aids (jigs and fixtures)
- Provide ad-hoc support in production and ensure the technical prerequisites for production output according to the production schedule
- Participate in the Product Development Process (PEP) and in the product-sustaining process
- Design and implement new production workflows and actively contribute to shop floor management
- Create and evaluate fault documentation during prototype assembly
- Prepare manufacturing documentation and work instructions for production
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in industry, ideally in manufacturing
- Technical knowledge of mechatronic systems as well as measurement and testing technology
- Solid knowledge of continuous improvement (CIP) and Lean
- Team player and comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Very high level of independence and sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office; ERP experience is desirable
