Responsibilities
Daily management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Drafting and managing correspondence with stakeholders in French and English (clients, correspondents, patent offices, etc.)
Preparation of powers of attorney and dispatch to clients
Creation of files in our database
Management of official deadlines and tasks using our software and clients' platforms
Sending reminders to clients and correspondents
Managing translation requests and validations
Managing case billing and invoicing
Preparing validation forms (online) or via the Epoline platform
Conducting searches on official online registers
Telephone contact in English with patent offices
Requirements
Legal training preferred
At least 2 years' experience, preferably in a legal setting (law firm, notary office, or intellectual property firm)
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
German is a plus
Comfortable with IT tools; strong Excel skills required
