About the role
- Analista Trade Canal I at Quatá ensuring business strategies are executed by transforming data into opportunities. Responsible for monitoring channel strategies and supporting product mix management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and execution of the Company's strategies, turning data into business opportunities to secure the presence and performance of the product mix at points of sale.
- Support the execution and monitoring of Trade Channel strategies: analyze, track and engage with the Company to achieve the year's targets.
- Support Mix management by Channel and Area: monitor and ensure that the required product mix advances in a structured way according to product, area and channel strategy in line with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with area leadership and the commercial team to expand the offering according to regional opportunities and trends.
- Analyze and contribute insights: collect, analyze and interpret sales (BI) and channel performance data, as well as competitor information, transforming data into strategic recommendations.
- Present insights to optimize retail execution and to expand coverage and profitability.
- Support activities for special Trade Channel projects such as promotional dates, seasonality, content for APAS (trade fairs), content for industry magazines, active participation in Results Meetings, etc. Monitor the performance of initiatives and suggest adjustments to ensure better results.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI, V360, Scanntech for data analysis and report creation
- Experience in managing performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, mix coverage)
