Responsibilities
- Ensure our customer data infrastructure runs smoothly
- Building team resilience and continuously improving our technical stack
- Build and manage data flows within our Customer Data Platform (Segment) using SQL
- Conduct data analyses and build custom dashboards in Salesforce for Growth teams
- Investigate datasets, conduct root-cause analyses, and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Build custom data models enabling the team to generate insights faster and more clearly
- Autonomously troubleshoot system errors, verify software configurations, and resolve technical bugs
- Proactively identify technical debt, propose infrastructure optimizations, and leverage modern tools (including AI) to enhance overall team productivity
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Growth Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM Operations)
- Strong experience writing complex SQL queries
- Understanding of data flows between platforms
- Proven track record of investigating datasets, prioritizing requests based on business impact, and delivering clear insights to business teams.
- Demonstrate technical autonomy and problem-solving resilience, successfully debugging software integrations.
- Mindset geared toward scalable architecture rather than quick fixes.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize your operational and technical output.
