Drive credit sales for existing customers as Credit Sales for the French Market at Qonto. Work closely with the Team Lead Inbound Sales to shape Qonto's credit go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Drive the adoption of our credit portfolio among existing customers.
Reach out to existing micro and small business customers identified through lead-scoring triggers.
Drive conversion and volume on our credit products: Pay Later, Overdraft, Deferred Debit Card, and AR Financing.
Act as a financial partner to understand clients' cash flow challenges (Working Capital Requirement / WCR).
Translate customer feedback into structured insights for our Product and PMM teams to sharpen our credit roadmap.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in account growth, expansion, or inbound sales.
Strong understanding of SME corporate finance (P&L, WCR, Cash-Flow statements).
Prior experience selling credit products, financing solutions (factoring, leasing), or working in B2B Fintech is highly recommended.
Ability to challenge C-Levels or CFOs on their financial management, going beyond basic empathy to act as a trusted advisor.
Clear communicator who listens first, pitches second, and can turn customer conversations into actionable product insights.
Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
