About the role
- Senior Odoo Consultant leading Odoo ERP solutions implementation and customization for clients. Collaborating to meet client needs with strong technical skills and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions for clients.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements to design effective Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific client needs.
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules and extensions.
- Provide training and support to clients on Odoo functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo implementations.
- Collaborate with other consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and updates.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Odoo modules and their functionalities (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing).
- Strong technical skills in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom Odoo modules.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
