About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with business and client stakeholders to understand banking use cases across Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Risk, Compliance, or Capital Markets.
- Lead data-driven consulting engagements, including problem definition, solution design, and value realization.
- Translate business requirements into analytics, reporting, and data platform requirements.
- Work with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Develop business cases, decks, and executive-ready insights for leadership and client presentations.
- Support data strategy initiatives including data governance, quality, lineage, and operating models.
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions by aligning them to business KPIs and outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to Banking / Financial Services.
- Prior experience in consulting firms or consulting roles (Big 4, Tier-1/Tier-2 consulting, or internal consulting teams).
- Strong understanding of banking functions such as Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Risk & Compliance, AML, Reporting, or Data Governance.
- Hands-on experience working with data platforms, analytics solutions, and BI tools.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
