Requirements
Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude an der telefonischen Beratung
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1-Niveau)
Dialektfreie Ausdrucksweise
Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen EDV-Systemen
Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert - aber kein Muss
