Requirements

  • Leadership qualities and the ability to be recognized as a subject matter expert
  • Project management and project planning skills
  • Clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills
  • Good facilitation, delivery skills, presentation and report writing skills
  • Effective leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to develop and manage senior-level relationships
  • Ability to work on a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
