Responsibilities
Efficiently and effectively manage all services under assigned client account relationships
Build pivotal relationships, drive and lead significant accounts, manage financial responsibility
Lead project approach planning and grow the assigned book of business
Supervise, mentor, and develop client service team members
Partner with Project Management leads to translate client expectations into scopes of work and financial estimates
Demonstrate strategic relationship management skills by leading client projects and relationships
Develop creative/tactical briefs, status reports, and other materials in support of active projects
Coordinate with third parties as required
Set clear direction, resolve conflicts, and ensure the team understands projects
Contribute to the strategic direction of the client service team and quality growth of accounts
Requirements
BA/BS degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Several years of experience in a client management role, achieving growth in a creative advertising/digital agency
Strong digital experience, experience in a people management role
Established success as an Associate Director, Client Success
Demonstrated understanding of integrated and/or omnichannel campaign asset development
Experience working on demand generation and lead generation campaigns
Excellent presentation, communication, judgement, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and proficiency in industry standard software and systems including Microsoft 365, and experience with applications in CRM, Project Management, and Analytics spaces
Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, well-organized, team player/working manager
Desire/ability to learn new methods, techniques, skills, and software as required
