About the role

  • Director of Client Success leading client account relationships and driving agency growth. Managing financial responsibilities and mentoring client service teams in a creative advertising agency.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and effectively manage all services under assigned client account relationships
  • Build pivotal relationships, drive and lead significant accounts, manage financial responsibility
  • Lead project approach planning and grow the assigned book of business
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop client service team members
  • Partner with Project Management leads to translate client expectations into scopes of work and financial estimates
  • Demonstrate strategic relationship management skills by leading client projects and relationships
  • Develop creative/tactical briefs, status reports, and other materials in support of active projects
  • Coordinate with third parties as required
  • Set clear direction, resolve conflicts, and ensure the team understands projects
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the client service team and quality growth of accounts

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Several years of experience in a client management role, achieving growth in a creative advertising/digital agency
  • Strong digital experience, experience in a people management role
  • Established success as an Associate Director, Client Success
  • Demonstrated understanding of integrated and/or omnichannel campaign asset development
  • Experience working on demand generation and lead generation campaigns
  • Excellent presentation, communication, judgement, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and proficiency in industry standard software and systems including Microsoft 365, and experience with applications in CRM, Project Management, and Analytics spaces
  • Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, well-organized, team player/working manager
  • Desire/ability to learn new methods, techniques, skills, and software as required
