Intern supporting Customer Success team addressing user inquiries and assisting with system usage in a hybrid role at a construction tech company.
Responsibilities
Apoiar no atendimento de 1º nível aos usuários, utilizando as ferramentas disponíveis, com o objetivo de esclarecer dúvidas básicas sobre o uso dos recursos tecnológicos, sempre com acompanhamento da equipe responsável.
Auxiliar na abertura e no acompanhamento de chamados internos junto à área de Tecnologia, contribuindo para o registro e encaminhamento de bugs e solicitações.
Dar suporte nas atividades de instalação, manutenção e apoio ao uso de softwares homologados pela área de TI, conforme orientações e procedimentos pré-estabelecidos.
Apoiar a administração de acessos e recursos de usuários, utilizando o sistema de inventário/help desk, sempre sob supervisão e seguindo as diretrizes da equipe.
Requirements
Escolaridade: Ensino Superior Cursando Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas e áreas afins.
Informática: Usuário Ambiente Windows + Pacote Office
