- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Organizational Behavior Studies, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Graphic Design preferred
- User Experience Design Certifications from recognized institutions
- Demonstrated training in WCAG AA or AAA requirements
- User experience trends and platform specific UX design systems
- Designing for multi-device experiences
- Conducting user-centered research
- Leadership in communicating research and design rationale
- Leading and overseeing various phases of UX work
