About the role
- Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance Senior Associate managing tax compliance projects and collaborating in a team environment. Assisting in the preparation and review of tax provisions and financial statements conforming to standards.

Requirements
- Experience in a mid-size accounting firm is an asset
- Bachelor in Accounting
- Qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent reciprocal/recognized designation is considered an asset
- Hands-on experience in accounting and tax software such as Taxprep or iFirm
- Drafting financial statements including note disclosures
- Experienced in review and compilation engagements
- Understanding of ASPE accounting standards
- Understanding of Canadian tax and ability to prepare tax returns for corporations, trusts and partnerships
- Creativity in problem solving in today’s dynamic environment, bringing your perspectives to the stakeholders
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada.
