About the role

• Financial Analyst executing processes with autonomy at Loggi. Responsible for financial integrity, reports, and interdepartmental collaboration while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial processes autonomously, ensuring compliance with established standards, policies and deadlines;
• Perform daily bank reconciliations;
• Validate and reconcile credits in coordination with the Billing team;
• Issue and distribute invoices, ensuring accuracy of information;
• Monitor accounts receivable and financial transactions;
• Manage collections and take actions according to the defined collections cadence;
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, especially the Commercial team, and collaborate with other departments;
• Serve customers by answering questions and handling complaints;
• Confirm payments/receipts with customers;
• Prepare, analyze and present financial and performance reports;
• Contribute to forecasting cash inflows for the company’s cash flow;
• Provide support for audits and monthly and quarterly closing processes;
• Pursue continuous improvements in departmental processes, contributing to the definition of best practices together with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related fields;
• Experience and/or knowledge in electronic invoicing procedures;
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, data analysis and handling large volumes of information;
• Familiarity with BI tools or Looker (plus);
• Experience in the logistics sector is a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Teamwork skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines;
• Flexibility to operate in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
