Responsibilities
Managing and developing customer relationships with creative idea generation
Preparing product presentations
Handling customer inquiries and conducting price and product research
Independent preparation and processing of quotations and orders, including deadline tracking
Managing an assigned customer portfolio
Professional handling of troubleshooting and customer complaints
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
Previous sales experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of English
Experience in a B2B environment with a strong service orientation and a hands-on mentality
Goal- and solution-oriented approach to work
Comfortable dealing with rapidly changing situations
Structured working style and attention to detail when handling commercial processes
Strong negotiation skills and confidence when interacting with decision-makers
