Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing team of MSP Channel Account Managers across the US West region.
Develop and execute a regional strategy to expand Proofpoint’s footprint within the MSP/MSSP ecosystem, aligned with global MSP strategy and goals.
Drive partner revenue growth through acquisition of new MSP/MSSP partners and expansion within existing accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure MSP/MSSP programs and offerings align with partner and customer needs.
Foster executive relationships with top-tier MSP/MSSP partners and technology alliances in the region.
Represent Proofpoint within regional MSP/MSSP communities, industry events, and partner forums.
Operationalize the program locally , ensuring consistency with global standards and processes.
Own performance metrics for the region, including ARR growth, partner enablement, and business development KPIs.
Requirements
7+ years of experience leading channel or partner sales teams, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
Strong understanding of MSP/MSSP business models , including financials, go-to-market motions, and partner economics.
Proven success in building and scaling partner-led revenue programs .
Experience working closely with RMM/PSA platforms and technology providers serving the MSP market.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills — able to recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing regional team.
Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence at all levels.
